founder’s note &
OUR TEAM

Hi! i’m Chelsea DuDevoire careccia, and i’m really glad you’re here.

A woman with long dark hair is standing and holding a black T-shirt that says "Each is Every" in front of a small group in a room with exposed brick walls and large windows. One woman with pink hair and glasses is sitting on a green couch, listening. Other people are visible in the foreground.

Most career advice comes from people who are already safely past the ‘hard part’, explaining after the fact how it worked out. Each is Every runs on the opposite instinct: talking about our careers, together, while we’re all still in the thick of figuring them out.

In our Membership, you’ll find master classes taught by experts who keep it real, a members-only Slack community where you can ask the things you're embarrassed to say out loud, and events that turn our community members into people you actually know and lean on.

I've been building some version of this since 2016—when I was a year out of college and one entry-level job in, with no idea what I wanted my career to look like. I did the thing that made sense to a copywriter: I started asking.

I built our former brand, Babes Who Hustle, as a place to interview professional women I looked up to and share those conversations with others as lost as I was. Within a year we had a full publishing schedule running on global reader submissions, events pulling in 100+ attendees, merch being packed and shipped from my living room, and a social following that took the whole thing more seriously than I ever expected it to.

By ~2020 a cultural shift happened for all of us, and the transition from BWH to Each is Every happened with it—creating a space not just for inspiration, but cultivating and swapping real resources in real time.

Almost ten years into this, in all the forms it's taken, that's still the whole point: real people, real conversations, and real support.

If this sounds like your jam, I’d love for you to join us.
