Pediatric Physical Therapist & Owner, Progress Through Play

Brita DeStefano traded pre-professional ballet for pediatric physical therapy after a single mentor showed her how the body's systems connect. Now she runs Progress Through Play, a Denver practice built on the same idea. Brita talks infant feeding and reflux, building a team from scratch, saying yes before you're ready, and lending anxious parents her confidence until they find their own.
